Faulty Items
We operate a one year returns policy for faulty goods.
In the unlikely event that you do need to return a faulty item, please complete a Return Request form and we will email you details of how to send the faulty item back to us.
On safe receipt of the returned faulty item, we will issue you a full refund. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item for you.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If you are returning an item to us for exchange due to a fault, we will not charge you delivery when we send you a replacement item and we will send it via a tracked service.
If we receive items that are stated to be faulty that are found to be fully operational we will count these returns as unwanted goods and delivery charges will not be refunded.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with a purchase you have made, you can return the item to us within 14 days.
Please complete a Return Request form and we will email you details of how to send the item back to us.
Returned items must be:
Unused
Returned in their original packaging (including any shrink wrapping, seals etc)
Have the original documentation enclosed
Received by us within 14 days from the date you receive your order
Items that are supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they will be unsuitable for resale.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
The cost of returning items to us is your responsibility.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are received by us within 14 days of the original delivery date, unless we have notified you otherwise.

If an order is returned to us as undelivered by the selected carrier we will refund you as if the item is unwanted goods. However, we will not refund the cost of shipping in this instance. If you would like us to re-ship the item then the cost of shipping will need to be charged again.
