Clear delivery, from checkout to your door.

This page explains how delivery works for orders from lovevibz.co.uk. The exact services, prices and estimates available for your address are shown during checkout.

Delivery destinations

We deliver to eligible addresses in United Kingdom and any additional destinations currently offered at checkout. Some products, carriers or payment methods may have location restrictions.

Delivery options and charges

Free tracked shipping is included on every order. Available delivery services and estimated timings are shown for the delivery address before payment.

Estimated delivery times

Any delivery date or time shown is an estimate unless explicitly described as guaranteed. Processing, weekends, public holidays, weather, carrier disruption and address checks can affect arrival.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, details are normally provided after dispatch. Tracking may take a short time to become active after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address accuracy

Please check the recipient name, street, postal code and any unit or apartment information before ordering. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting; changes cannot always be made after dispatch.

Delayed or missing parcels

Check tracking and any safe-place or delivery-attempt information first. Contact us with the order number when a parcel is substantially overdue or tracking appears incorrect.

Damaged parcels

Keep the packaging and photograph visible damage before opening further where practical. Contact us promptly so we can advise on the next step.
